Screw Air Compressor
G-DRIVE T
- Application: Industry
- Power output: 90 - 315 kW
- Volume flow according to ISO 1217 (Annex C-2009): 14.6 - 63.1 m3/min
- Operating pressure: 5 - 13 bar
- Cooling: Air-cooled
- Movement: Gear
With the two-stage G-Drive T compressor, ALMiG sets new standards in energy efficiency. Compressing the air in two stages achieves a certain efficiency that is at the highest level. The G-Drive T series of screw compressors therefore offers higher volume flow with lower power consumption, compared to a single-stage compressor.
Low rotation speeds and lower internal compression ratios in the compressor stages increase the efficiency, reliability and lifetime of the compressor components. Top performance, combined with low sound level and low maintenance costs, makes the two-stage technology very interesting for industrial compressed air users.
At a glance in Industry 4.0, the compressor controller has all the functions required to communicate with common industrial systems of companies. Or simply use the cloud service to monitor the compressor wherever you are.
The unique design of the screw integrates the first and second stage into one compressor element. The rotors of both screws achieve optimum speed due to the transmission (gear).
An effective compression is achieved by using cooling oil which is sprayed for intermediate cooling. This controlled amount of oil allows the simultaneous avoidance of condensation in the second stage. No complicated and expensive separate cooling between stages is necessary, resulting in increased reliability.
