OC-GEN PSA generators are designed for continuous separation of oxygen from compressed air. The operation of the generator requires two columns to operate alternately. The separation takes place under pressure in the first column while the second column is regenerated with a part of the oxygen already produced at ambient pressure. The generator consists of upper and lower control blocks, controller, two columns filled with adsorption material. The entire generator is enclosed in a compact stainless steel cabinet. Springs on the columns ensure that the adsorption material will not move during operation. The proven robust design allows for efficient and reliable operation, quick installation and simple maintenance.
