The RDP series of dryers is designed to efficiently separate water from compressed air. Drying is achieved based on the principle of cooling that takes place inside a highly efficient and compact 3-stage heat exchanger. In the first stage (air-to-air heat exchanger) the hot and humid inlet air is precooled by the cold outgoing air. In the second stage (air-cooling heat exchanger) intensive water condensation takes place due to air cooling.
All the condensed water is separated from the main compressed air stream in the third stage by the integrated removal. The proven and robust design of the refrigeration dryers allows for efficient and reliable operation, quick installation and simple maintenance.
